Itinerary Timeline
Depart from Delhi by 05:30 PM from Dhaula Kuan Metro Station or 06:30 PM from Iffco Chowk Metro Station. Overnight journey.
Take a halt for breakfast. Arrive at Thar Desert. Check-in to Swiss Camps in Sam Sand Dunes. Freshen up and rest. Evening camel safari and sunset from dunes. Experience Rajasthani folk dance, Kalbelia, snacks, dinner. Overnight in camps.
Wake up early for sunrise. Post breakfast, check out. Explore abandoned Kuldhara village. Proceed to Longewala battlefield (1971 Indo-Pak war site). Visit war memorial, bunkers, trenches. Enroute Tanot Mata Mandir (if time permits). Proceed to Jaisalmer city. Check-in, freshen up. Dinner & overnight stay.
Wake up early, breakfast, check-out. Explore Jaisalmer Fort (guided walk), Patwon Ki Haveli, Gadisar Lake. Explore local market and cuisines. Depart for Delhi by evening.
Reach Delhi next day morning with beautiful memories by 08:00 AM (tentatively).
